Our Board provides governance, oversight, and strategic direction for the Lightning Ridge Area Opal Reserve. With a strong understanding of the region and its challenges, the Board ensures Crown Land is managed responsibly, transparently, and in the best interests of the community.

Working closely with management, the Board guides long term planning, policy, and decision making to support safe access, sustainable land use, and the ongoing strength of the opal fields.
